Slow Hand Pilsner is straw coloured with a creamy thick head that leaves lots of lace in the glass. A delicate floral aroma is accompanied by a hint of pine. Pilsner has medium low carbonation and on the palate it is dry with all the clean crispness of a healthy fermentation. Using Sterling and Centennial hops, it has a delicious floral hop flavor that is well integrated, balanced yet impossible to ignore. The long lagering time definitely seems to have served this beer well.
