Paddy Borthwick 2019 Chardonnay 750ml

The warm, dry 2019 season has created a really ripe style of Chardonnay considering it’s from the cool, windy Wairarapa. This is easy to drink and fruit-forward, offering sweet nectarine and pear fruits. Medium- to full-bodied in style, with supple mouthfeel. There's just enough tension on the finish, although the warmer conditions result in an element of languidness. Drink young for its fruity appeal.
