Novaripa Monatic 2022 Abruzzo Pecorino 750ml

From sands and clays at 200m in Abruzzo, this pecorino was crushed and left on skins for 6 hours before being pressed off into stainless, where it remained with bâtonnage until bottling. Ripe white peach, almond, and downy lees ride the brief, plumped palate to a snappy and sour white grapefruit finish. A tip of RS ensures this entry white will easily pair with mild curries.
