Melida Parpados 2020 Ribera del Duero Crianza 750ml

The primary, fresh and young red 2020 Párpados wants to be a fruit-driven and soft wine with freshness and round, soft tannins, which is exactly what it is. That's easy to say but more difficult to do it, and here they have managed it, with spontaneous fermentations, short macerations and aging the wine in used barrels. It's ripe and juicy with 14% alcohol and good freshness, balance and acidity. The vines are worked organically but not certified.
