From vineyards in the South Okanagan, this rested 6 months on lees, 66% in stainless, and 34% in older French barrels and puncheons, with ample bâtonnage over the first 2 months, and periodically after that. Tangerine, white grapefruit, crunchy green apple sail along the sleek palate, with a stony lees bed underlay which lingers on the finish. A sophisticated Okanagan savvy, which isn't the easiest to achieve.
