Holiday Shipping Policy (Effective Until December 25, 2025)

This year, the order deadline to arrive before Christmas Day is Monday, December 22. Post-deadline orders will be delivered on a best-effort basis.

Delivery Cut-Off Times:

  • Regular Delivery Selected: Orders received by 10 a.m. are processed the same day.
  • Priority Delivery Selected: Orders received by 12 p.m. are processed the same day.
  • Late Orders: Orders placed after these times will be processed the next business day.

Extended ETAs:

Delivery ETAs may extend an extra 24-48 hours during peak demand.

Residential Deliveries:

  • Detached Houses (No Security Gate): UPS will attempt delivery to your door. If no one is home, a pickup notice will be left. For UPS, you may be able to reschedule your delivery by visiting the tracking page for your delivery. UPS recipients are encouraged to sign up for UPS MyChoice for additional options.
  • Apartments/Townhouses: Packages containing alcohol may need to be be picked up from the nearest UPS location for security-gated residences.

Shipping Methods & Fees:

  • UPS: Default for orders under a case (12 bottles).
  • Courier Delivery: Available within Vancouver for a $35 Priority shipping fee.
  • Other carriers may be used depending on location at our discretion. 

Important Considerations:

  • Delivery Estimates: Influenced by traffic, weather, and driver/recipient availability. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses, closed offices, or vacationing recipients.
  • Cold Weather Warning: We are not liable for bottle damage caused by cold weather during shipping.

Gift Options:

  • Gift Wrapping: Add this option in your cart after adding all items.
  • Card Messages: Type a personalized message in the Delivery Instructions box at checkout.
