Expect an expressive pinot that pitches forest floor, rhubarb, and menthol up front. On the palate, it's red cherries, red raspberries, cedar, and mint tea with a dash of spice. Lean and fresh, this is ready to drink but you need to serve this with a bit of fatty food such as pork belly or pork ribs. From 21 year old vines in Mimi's Block, at 420m on Covert Farms' organic McIntyre Bluff estate. It is aged 21 months in French oak.
