Burrowing Owl 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml

A cool vintage gives a nice cedar, tobacco and dried sage note but there is still lots of plum, cassis, raspberry, blueberry, cinnamon, chocolate and vanilla. The palate is a little lean and tannic but the raspberry, red currant, cherry, cassis, vanilla and meat, savoury herbal notes should come together with time.
