Whole cluster pressed, wild fermented, and aged on its lees, it is fermented in a mix of stainless steel, foudre, puncheons, and older barriques that release this pinot blanc to be the wine it wants to be. Pears, lemon, and creamy lees combine with a touch of spice to delight your senses. Add some minerality and elegance, and you have an impressive white wine at a terrific price. You could cellar this, but why bother? It's perfect now.
