This exceptional Chardonnay opens with a lifted bouquet of crisp green apple, fresh white flowers, and a distinct petrichor minerality. The palate is brilliantly focused, driven by a fine line of acidity that cuts through elegant layers of lemon curd and subtle toasted hazelnut. It concludes with a persistent, bone-dry finish accented by a whisper of sea salt.

Pair this sophisticated white Burgundy with classic, rich seafood or poultry preparations. The 2023 Puligny-Montrachet Village comes from four lieux-dits. It has a lifted nose with green apple, a touch of petrichor and just a small reduction. The palate is well balanced with lovely poise. Touches of noisettes and orange rind build through the harmonious and persistent finish. Excellent.
