We work hard to provide fast and reliable delivery for all your beverage orders. Here is a breakdown of our estimated delivery schedules:
Standard Delivery: Standard orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times can vary based on order volume and recipient availability.
Same-Day Delivery (Vancouver Proper): Customers in Vancouver proper can enjoy same-day wine delivery. Place your order before 11:00 AM PST/PDT and select Priority Shipping at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Regular and Free Shipping: For regular and free shipping options, packages usually arrive within two business days once a delivery time is arranged with the recipient. You can request a preferred time in the Delivery Instructions box during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Specific Dates and Special Occasions: For birthdays, anniversaries, or specific dates, please select Priority Shipping. Note that we do not deliver on statutory holidays or weekends.

Wine Delivery Across British Columbia: The Lower Mainland and Beyond
We offer free delivery throughout British Columbia via UPS Standard or Canada Post Expedited Service on orders over $249.99 plus tax. This makes accessing premium wine, Champagne, beer, and spirits easy no matter where you are in the province.
If you need your beverages faster, upgrade to Priority Shipping during checkout. This puts your order at the front of the line. Priority service outside the Lower Mainland generally takes up to 2 business days.
Please verify the shipping address and recipient availability to ensure a smooth process. Bounced packages may incur additional fees for a second delivery attempt.

Shipping Speeds and Priority Options
Transit times depend on your distance from our downtown Vancouver wine shop. For the fastest service, select the Priority option. This is perfect if you need your wine to arrive on an exact date.
If you live in Vancouver proper and place a Priority order by 11:00 AM PST, your wine will arrive that same day. Deliveries to cities outside Vancouver usually take up to 2 business days with Priority service.

In-Store Pickup: A Convenient Alternative to Delivery
If you prefer to collect your order rather than use our Vancouver wine delivery service, simply select the free Pickup option at checkout. Please check our business hours before visiting. For your convenience, we offer free parking behind the store in Pentages Lane. After the initial confirmation email, you will receive a second pickup notification email once your order is packed and ready.
Please wait for the pickup notification email before heading to the store.
If you need to delay your pickup for more than a week, let us know in the Delivery Instructions box at checkout. Storage space is limited during busy seasons, so please contact us by email or leave a note with your order, and we will confirm arrangements with you.

Please contact us regarding wine delivery to rural areas not serviced by UPS or Canada Post. Note that we cannot ship outside of British Columbia, and you must be of legal drinking age (19+) to order and receive alcohol.
