Pale yellow-green, silver reflections, a delicate persistent mousse. Subtle notes of biscuits and orange marmalade, white flowers, a hint of peach, and a mineral touch. Taut, tightly meshed, white apple, a fresh acidity, mineral and lemony, elegant, nuances of stone fruit on the finish, a touch of lime on the back palate.
