Jean-Louis Denois built his sparkling winery 20 miles outside Champagne's borders. Free of regional restrictions, he selects and blends the best cuvées from northern and southern vineyards to create sparkling wines with good structure and complex flavours.
This salmon pink rosé features fine bubbles, an expressive nose packed with red fruity aromas, and a soft, approachable palate. Finishes with a tinge of sweetness. Naturally fermented in a vat and aged for at least three months. Perfect as an aperitif or with a red berry crumble.
