Casas Del Bosque 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Botanic Series 'La Cantera' 750ml

The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc La Cantera hails from Las Dichas, Casablanca. Pale green in the glass. It delivers an aromatic profile of ripe fruit such as lime and passion fruit and a layer of herbs featuring hints of rue and grass. Expressive in the mouth, it’s mildly fatty with a tense, sugary feel in which the yeast provides ballast and the malic acidity the core. Citrus flavors appear toward the end, lingering at leisure. A balanced, refreshing white from coastal Chile.
