Brocard 2021 Chablis "Vau de Vey" 1er Cru 750ml

Notes of oyster shell, quinine, green fruit and citrus rind precede the bigger and more powerful flavors that exhibit fine length on the slightly firmer and more austere finish. This isn't nearly as refined as the Côte de Léchet, but it is already more complex and overall, it appears to offer more potential.
