Willi Schaefer 2024 Graacher Riesling Trocken 750ml

The 2024 Graacher Riesling trocken offers a restrained, rather muted bouquet of light fruits and delicate notes of Mosel slate. Elegant and juicy, with a fine, crystalline structure, this is a medium-bodied, balanced and pleasantly textured Riesling from the top vineyards of Graach, Domprobst and Himmelreich. This is a very good estate Riesling that was aged in traditional fuders and bottled in late April or early May 2025. 11.5% stated alcohol. AP 6 25. Screw cap. Tasted at the domaine in January 2026.
