100% L’Acadie. Grown on our half-acre plot planted in 2012 on an ancient river bed.

Aged for four months in french oak barrels.

Aromas of peach, roasted hazelnuts, and honeysuckle. On the palate, crisp and dry, with toasty, stone fruit notes, and a lengthy saline finish.
