Olave Vermouth Rojo Reserva 750ml

Olave Reserva Especial uses the same traditional method of making vermouth as its brothers. Eighty-five flavorings are macerated for more than two months in a hydroalcoholic base to which the wine is subsequently added. later the Vermouth rests in oak barrels for twelve months and in the bottle for two more months before being presented to the public.

Color: Mahogany with orange reflections. Dense, but not cloudy, very clean.

Aroma: Intense nose with notes of aromatic herbs and spices. Light balsamic touches that provide us with a pleasant and very particular aromatic structure.

Taste: Good alcoholic intensity in the mouth, very well balanced with acidity. Medium glyceric, it gives us a velvety mouth. Wood notes well combined with those of the herbs from the initial mixture. Long aftertaste, bitter and intense.
