Moon Curser 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml

The judges loved this wine at the National Wine Awards, scoring it gold. The Osoyoos East Bench red is grown at the Fernandes Vineyard, where it soaks up the sun with ease. Look for enticing floral blackcurrant on the nose. The palate is full of dark fruit and lovely textures, more reminiscent of merlot than cabernet sauvignon, which means the tannins are dense and fine-grained. Surprisingly forward, it has the balance of a wine already aged five to seven years in the bottle. A keeper and a first class cabernet.
