Because last year was such a poor vintage quantity wise we held on to all the grapes we farmed (when we usually sell them). We had tiny amounts of Cab Sauv, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Kerner, Merlot and Syrah from various vineyards, so small that we didn't have vessels small enough to ferment separately in, so we threw them all together in the press and co-fermented them as a Rose (the Kerner was 1 bucket of grapes). Stainless steel ferment and elevage. 3 hours skin contact. Big, rich, savoury and OFF DRY Rose. Big aromatics of red fruit, savoury berries, sweet heRbs and raspberry. Off Dry but NOT sweet this is lovely on its own and will be our beat the heat Rose this summer. Unfined and Unfiltered.
