Lagar de Codegua has been gradually strengthening its work with Mediterranean varieties, planted near the foot of the Andes in the Alto Cachapoal zone. This blend of 50% grenache, 26% syrah, and 24% mourvèdre has the same spirit as the Codegua line's varietal versions. This is a fresh wine focused on red fruit flavors that maintains a consistent acidity that provides freshness and a medium body, with firm but not aggressive tannins. This wine could perfectly be served chilled with deli meats.
