Holiday Shipping Policy

IN EFFECT UNTIL JANUARY 1ST:

  • Order deadline to have gifts delivered by Friday, December 23rd will be Monday, December 19th. When the deadline has passed, we will continue to deliver on a best-effort basis.

  • Order cut-off time for Regular Delivery is 10am. Priority Delivery cut-off is 12pm. Orders received after these times will be processed the following day.

  • Delivery ETAs may be extended an extra 24-48 business hours during times of peak demand.

  • If you live in a house with no security gate, Canada Post will now deliver alcohol straight to your door around the same time each day. If you are not home at the regular time, a notice will be left containing pickup instructions at your local post office. We cannot provide an estimated delivery time by Canada Post each day.

  • Apartment or townhouse dwellers with security gates or buzzers are still required to pick up Canada Post packages from their local post offices IF they contain alcohol. You will receive a notice in the mail with pickup instructions.

  • Canada Post is our default shipping method for all deliveries of less than a case (12 bottles). Orders of less than a case can be delivered by courier if the $30 Priority shipping fee is paid. This is subject to courier availability.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are influenced by traffic congestion, weather, and the availability of drivers or recipients.

  • We are not responsible for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses, closed offices, or recipients being on vacation.

  • To add gift wrapping to your order: After adding all your items to the cart, click View Cart to review your items, then click the Add Gift Wrapping link under each item you want wrapped. You will then have the opportunity to select a gift-wrapping option and type a card message. If you just want to include a card only, this is free, and you can include it in the Delivery Instructions box located in the checkout.

  • We are not responsible if bottles are damaged during shipping due to cold weather.
