Planted in 1995 with the Burgundian clones 115 and 777, this proves that Pinot Noir is well suited to this remarkable site on the shores of the Colbún lake. Matured in old 400-litre barrels, this is fresh, crunchy and very mineral, all redcurrant, pomegranate and blood orange flavours and a savoury, earthy undertone. Delicious.
