The 2020 Carménère Royale includes 8% Petit Verdot and 7% Cabernet Franc from Los Lingues, in the Colchagua Andes. It was aged for 18 months in barrels. Purple in hue. The fruit-forward nose presents hints of ash and green bell pepper over a jammy backdrop. Indulgent and taut in the mouth. The slightly dry tannins and juicy flow make for a firm, mouthwatering palate. A ripe, long-lasting red.
