The 2021 Brut Nature Reserva de la Familia is composed of 50% Xarel·lo, 35% Macabeu and 15% Parellada from Penedès. It was aged up to 44 months. Aromas of apple and pastry emerge, with hints of fennel, nuts and lime. Dry and fresh, it delivers intensity and a chalky texture, finishing with a pastry note. A well-made cava in a classic style.
