Here too there is an abundance of classic Chablis typicity though here the pear and apple scents displays more floral influence. The rich and relatively supple medium-weight flavors are refined to the point of being almost delicate while offering plenty of minerality on the bitter citrus-inflected finish. This solidly complex effort is perhaps less chiseled than usual but it's quite good all the same.
