Cume do Avia 2022 Colleita No.10 White 750ml

The 2022 Colleita nº10 Branco is pale and delicate, with a distinct note of white pepper, moss and river stones, sapid, tasty, velvety and gentle. There's more Treixadura in 2022, and there's also a honeyed note, perhaps denoting a warmer year. It only went through partial malolactic (the Albariño, which could represent 20% of the blend, and part of the Treixadura did), the Treixadura in stainless steel and the rest in chestnut casks for around seven months. It's sapid, clean and balanced with a very tasty finish. They produced some 6,500 bottles. It was bottled in May 2023.
