The NV Extra Brut L'Incandescent Rosé de Saignée (2018 base) is seriously impressive, certainly more so than I remember last year. Sixteen hours of maceration yielded a potent, explosive Rosé built on considerable texture and volume. Ripe red fruit, lavender, rose petals and spice literally saturate the palate. This deep Rosé is superb. Dosage is 1.5 grams per liter.
