Champagne Mouzon Leroux L'Incandescent Rose de Saignee 750ml

Disgorged in February 2021 with 1.5 grams per liter dosage, the NV Rosé de Saignée L’Incandescent is derived from the 2017 vintage and saw a 22-hour maceration. Mingling aromas of red berries and plums with notions of orange rind, exotic spices and forest floor, it's medium to full-bodied, vinous and sapid, with a pretty core of spicy fruit, lively acids and a savory finish. There's a certain fragility to the wine that leads me to suspect it will be at its best young.
