Brand new this year, we wanted to make another red wine that sits within the SNAFU and FUBAR family. These blends are little more obscure! The Gamay was semi-carbonic, and the Syrah direct pressed into stainless steel, no oak at all. It’s lean and interesting! So aromatic and about as funky as I ever want to get with a wine; I love it. Take it to a party and brown bag it, you’ll blow people’s minds!
