Made from pinot noir, this rosé pours a classic pale Provençal pink. The nose shows notes of pink grapefruit, watermelon, and strawberry. Dry and crisp on the palate, it has good concentration and texture, with a touch of bitterness balanced by fruit weight. Opening up nicely in the glass, the wine displays remarkable purity, almost a crystalline expression of the fruit. Restrained and elegant, it’s a truly sophisticated rosé.
