Wohlmuth 2024 Sauvgnon Blanc "Phyllit" 750ml

The just-bottled 2024 Phyllit Sauvignon Blanc is pure, fresh, crystalline and saline on the elegant and laser-precise nose that intermingles bright stone and passion fruit with cumin and saline notes of crushed slate. Round and intense on the palate, this is a medium- to full-bodied, juicy and textural Sauvignon with fine tannins and a certain power on the finish. 12.5% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure. Tasted in April 2025.
