The 2020 Lambrusco di Sorbara Radice presents a savory display of dusty rose, ginger and sour melon. It’s silky-smooth and textural, as a tug-of-war between sweet and sour plays out upon the senses. Minerals, tart apples, wild herbs and spices resonate throughout, as this finishes long yet with cheek-puckering freshness. The decidedly dry Radice is made from the Sorbara grape, which is re-fermented to dryness in bottle, creating a frizzante style.
