Black Tail is a classic Canadian whisky made from a blend of our BC harvest rye and other house whiskies.

Perfectly balanced, you will find stewed peaches on the nose with a touch of ginger syrup. On the palate you taste vanilla with strawberries and cream. The finish is long and smooth with the flavour of warm dark chocolate under-pinning a hint of peppery spice.
