Settlement Wines 2019 Ashmore Vineyard Riesling 750ml

The 2019 Riesling Ashmore Vineyard is an off-dry style that's bursting with natural freshness, but the acidity and phenolic drive on the finish tidy the wine up; it's a really well-judged balance. There's an element of lively spritz at first. This has some nice green apple and citrus notes and is showing early signs of bottle development, with a light lime marmalade and honey aspect starting to emerge.
