Golden yellow. Subtle bouquet of candied apricot, clove and nut oil. Light and ethereal but with creamy depth, with tart apple acidity, refreshing salts and hazelnut perking up the palate. Elegant, nicely balanced auslese with a long finish featuring pure slate and a splash of lime. Surprisingly rich and elegant for the "simplest" of the ausleses.
