Roland Lavantureux 2021 Chablis Vauprin 750ml

The 2021 Chablis Vauprin feels a little oaky on the nose (50% French oak with first to fifth fill) - attractive but rather generic. The palate is medium-bodied with fine weight, citrus peel and orange zest; the 2021 is lively, and I find the oak better integrated on the palate compared to the nose. Nice precision on the finish. This will have wide appeal.
