Poppyshake 2022 Traditional Method Pinot Blanc 750ml

The last Poppyshake wine made from Okanagan fruit, this traditional method Pinot Blanc was made with fruit form Black Dog Vineyard in OK Falls. It was fermented in neutral barrels, and bottled as traditional method bubbles after 5 months. It rested on lees for 1 year before disgorgement. It’s fresh and linear with beautiful autolytics and a refined minerality.
