Founded in 1993 as one of the original five Naramata Bench wineries, and farmed sustainably by the Holler family across more than 140 acres since 2007. House style leans generous rather than austere: brief skin contact for texture, no oak, and small proportions of Viognier, Chardonnay and Muscat blended in for body and aromatic lift. Bright straw-lemon. Ripe pear, grapefruit and honeysuckle over wildflowers and a clean mineral thread; the palate is medium-bodied and fruit-forward — Okanagan peach, apricot, zesty citrus — with mouthwatering acidity and a faintly creamy, harmonious finish. Serve 8–10°C.
Pairing: seared scallops, smoked salmon, mushroom risotto, baked white fish.
