A delicate blend of sweet rose petals, candied cherry and confectionary spice make the 2021 Tempranillo IXE a total pleasure on the nose. Seamlessly silky and serene, this flows across the palate with a blend of red and blue fruits offset by a twang of sour orange. While gently tannic, the 2021 maintains a lovely freshness, leaving a peppery tinge, hints of salted licorice and a distinct mineral inflection to taper off slowly.
