Pere Magloire Single Malt Cask Finish Calvados VSOP 750ml

A splendid Calvados from Père Magloire in Normandy, which has a history dating back to 1821! This particular expression was initially matured in French oak, before being transferred into single malt Scotch whisky barrels to finish, imparting splendid floral, gently smoky hints to the spicy apple elements at its core.

Baked apples, fermented cider, and rich spice with notes of charred heather, and whispers of peat resting upon sweet, charred oak.
