Pamplemousse Jus 2025 Orange Riesling 750ml

We fermented this beautiful Summerland Riesling on its skins for 6 weeks before pressing to neutral puncheons and barrels. Wild fermentation, unfined and unfiltered. Riesling skins are very spicy so this wine has a lot of clove notes and nutmeg ontop of the marmalade tangerine fruit flavours. Light and refreshing at 11% abv. 120 cases made.
