Notes: Medium-light matte ruby. Youthful, vibrant. This is a bright and fresh Cab Franc. Savoury red berry fruit, sage and thyme on the nose. medium bodied with bright savoury fruit, subtle tannins and driving acidity. Fresh and crunchy finish. A wine to drink now and over the next few years.
Vineyard: Planted in the Village of Naramata in 2018.
Wine Making: Hand-picked between October 22nd 2022. De-stemmed. 4 week fermentation on skins with gentle remuage. Malolactic and elevage in old barriques for 18months. Bottled in March 2024.
Cellaring: For near term drinking. Now - 2026+
