Description
The Medici family has been producing quality sparkling wine since the beginning of the Emilia Romagna's sparkling appellation DOP Lambrusco di Modena, and today is in the hands of the 5th generation. This dry fizz pours a deep, gutsy, near opaque dark plum, which is translated across on the palate, along with herbal wild blackberry, cassis, and swings of balsamic that dart through to the astringent finish. An equal split of lambrusco salomino, and lambrusco marani, this was native fermented before a charmat method fermentation. Ideal for equally gutsy and flavourful charcuterie platters.

If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location.
