The 2020 Saint-Aubin Sur Gamay 1er Cru has a very well-defined bouquet with apple blossom and light camomile scents. Good intensity here. The palate is well balanced with a Chablis-like austerity and acidity, neutral in style yet perversely full of flavour. Superb.
