The 2020 Chassagne-Montrachet Village has a crisp and pure bouquet with touches of yellow flowers emerging with time. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, taut and fresh, hints of dried apricot and white peach. Nice bitterness on the stem ginger finish here with nice dry extract.
