Les Jamelles Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

Les Jamelles Sauvignon Blanc is a dry and aromatic wine with a refreshing finish. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from five rigorously selected terroirs, it boasts freshness and minerality from the Bassin de Thau, Etang de Marseillette, high valley of Aude, western Aude, and the hillsides of Orb. The grapes are harvested early in the morning or at night to maintain freshness and then quickly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. It is aged on fine lees for a few months and bottled early to preserve its freshness. The wine has a pale color and offers flavors of passion fruit, wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, lemon, and green tomato, with floral and mineral notes. It pairs well with seafood, summer cuisine, ceviche, shrimp salad with grapefruit and avocado, or grilled cod with citrus sauce. It should be served very chilled at 8°C.
