L'Enclos de Peralba 2019 Tres Feixes Garnacha Blanca 750ml

Tres Feixes comes from Plà de Manlleu – it’s at 550m and can be chilly, a fine site for this almost-centenary Garnacha Blanca. This is sparkling wine country, home to the Gramona family. But Roc and Leo have branched out into still wine. Layered with fresh grapefruit, distinctly mineral, a very long, refreshing finish. Organically farmed. One to watch.

Garnacha Blanca isn't common in the Penedès, but it works well here on clay and limestone soils. Ripe orchard fruits, quince, honeysuckle and even a touch of custard. Ripe, creamy andyet very well balanced, with a chalky texture underpinning the flavours. 2022-2028
