The 2021 Mâcon-Bussières, a blend of different parcels, has a strict and more focused nose compared to the other cuvées. Airy with Granny Smiths and pear. The palate is well balanced with a tangy, marmalade and pear-tinged opening, spicy, almost Rhône-like towards the finish with plenty of extract. Very fine.
