Tightly coiled, with intense acidity fueling the white peach and ginger core, while chamomile and honeysuckle notes glide along, adding to the charm. This then turns salty, leaving a mouthwatering impression on the finish. Beautifully textured and nuanced. It is still a bit jangly so best to wait a few more years for full expression. Best after 2026.
