Our Riesling Clone 49 is done in an off-dry style to emphasize its natural fruity richness. This vibrant wine showcases its opulence with flavours of potpourri, peaches, and pomelo. A fruit forward textural wine that has a lingering finish of dried apricots and honeycomb. Pair with seared pork loin chops and a pineapple and pear salsa or a classic Waldorf salad. This is an exceptional example of Riesling Clone 49 that will age beautifully for the next 5-7 years from release.
